For engraved urns and printed keepsakes we ask for your pet's name, birth date, passing date and an optional short message (up to 40 characters). For portrait orders please upload a clear, well-lit photograph at checkout. We send a digital proof before any production begins.

Production takes 3–5 business days. Standard international shipping adds 7–14 days; express (3–5 days) is available at checkout. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and most of the world.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days. Personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a production error on our part — in which case we will remake or refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
